In the Academy, you are empowered and challenged to "unmask" your potential so you perform at your peak level without compromising your education, leadership, community, or life. The focus is on increasing your self-awareness and growth behind closed doors and preparing you to confidently take the stage of life as a creative and thought leader, accomplishing your goals without compromising yourself.

A Backstage online platform for self-awareness and personal growth, offering private services, group coaching, challenges, courses, training, and more, integrating the arts, mental health, and education. Exclusive backstage passes are available for our programs with comprehensive training and curriculum based on the program(s) purchased.

Programs are unique, unmasking identified core life areas while focused on personal growth and freedom.  

The transformational programs are creatively customized to focus on your strengths while acknowledging your challenges by applying your self-reported assessments to one or more of our five MVU Blueprint tools.  The education, techniques, skills, and strategies you will learn with tools will enable you, as a creative, creative thinker, and thought leader to identify the steps needed to explore, assess, process, create, monitor, achieve, and record your accomplishments.

A Backstage growth-focused, co-working community for creatives, creative thinkers, and thought leaders to engage and interact from a holistic lens within the 10 core life areas and is the private Lounge of the MV Creatives Academy. Here, members get to chat with each other, share ideas and resources, and have the opportunity to connect while unmasking their potential.

Members receive education and coaching from the Academy and community support in the Lounge, focusing on self-awareness, personal growth, and embracing their authenticity Backstage, behind closed doors - All beyond the spotlight.
